Can I order over the phone:
Absolutely! We understand it's sometimes easier to talk to a "real person" when placing an order. Call us anytime Monday thru Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm Central time at 1-(612) 703-8501.
Shipping:
Once your order ships, you will receive another shipping confirmation email. We offer USPS, UPS and a flat shipping fee of $7.00 anywhere in the US. You can choose whichever option is cheaper.
30 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed:
If for any reason, you are not happy or satisfied with the products that you ordered, you can exchange or return them within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original packaging, unwashed and unused with tags/ labels still attached, and must be free of smells (smoke, oils, perfume, dirt, pet hair, and sand.) Shipping charges are not refundable. However, shipping will be free on any items that you wish to exchange as we want your cloth diapering experience to be enjoyable!
Many online companies charge a restocking fee, Green World For Babies does not. However, we ask that you email us to let us know you are planning to make a return or exchange before you send the item(s) back to us. Please include an explanation of why you wish to return or exchange the item. We will refund or exchange it for you promptly. Sometimes it take up to two weeks on refunds or exchanges. All refunds will be made using your original method of payment, unless a store exchange was indicated on your explanation or note. We will refund the full amount minus any shipping charges.
We cannot be held responsible for lost packages therefore please insure your package(s) when returning any items to us.

Manufacturers Errors or Defective Items:
We personally inspect all items before they are shipped. However, in the event that the product is defective, please return the clean item to us within 30 days. Please include a note detailing the defect/problem. Defective means Manufacturers Defect and not normal wear and tear of the item. We will be happy to exchange the item for you. Shipping back to you will be Free. Please also check with us for warranty information as most manufacturers have their own individual product warranty. Skincare products cannot be returned to us as they are final sales due to health codes.
